Wrote the lyrics in about 30 minutes (Can you tell?). More about unplugging from life and letting it all pass you by while you have a time out. Important to do with craziness that is planet Earth.

The demo on the Roland 8 track had some interesting guitar noises and feedback but only had a version that had Gaz's amateur drumming, so had to nimble around and get Simon to add his drums as well.
